Description
SLOW FE with its unique controlled delivery system gives you the high potency iron you need with the gentleness you want.
Directions:
Adults: One or two tablets daily or as recommended by a physician. A maximum of four tablets daily may be taken.
Children: One tablet daily. Tablets must be swallowed whole.
Ingredient
Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Dried Ferrous Sulfate USP (160 mg.), USP (equivalent to 50 mg.), Elemental Iron (bisglycinate)
Inactive Ingredients: Cetostearyl Alcohol, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Polysorbate 80, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Yellow Iron Oxide, FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake
Caution
The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a physician. As oral iron products interfere with absorption of oral tetracycline antibiotics, these product should not be taken within two hours of each other. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
