Description
For those times when constipation is a concern, natural source Senokot can provide comfortable, overnight relief. Standardized for consistency, the senna in Senokot comes from a vegetable source made from the deseeded pod of the senna plant. This helps encourage normal bowel movements
Directions:
ADULTS: 2 - 4 tablets at bedtime, as required.
Maximum, 4 tablets twice per day.
IN PREGNANCY AND
CHILDREN (6-12 YEARS):
1-2 tablets at bedtime, (max. 2 tablets twice daily).
Ingredient
Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains: (8.6 mg) Standardized Sennosides.
Non medicinal Ingrediensts: Corn Starch, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.
Caution
As with all laxatives, do not take for more than one (1) week without consulting your physician. Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. When abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever are present, laxatives should not be used without consulting a physician. Laxatives should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
