Description
For the relief and management of constipation (irregularity).
Tasty wafers. Effective in restoring regularity. Daily source of soluble fiber for maintaining regularity when recommended by a doctor. Safe, natural therapeutic fiber. Gently encourages elimination without chemical stimulants.
Directions:
Adults 12 years & older: Take 2 wafers with 8oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage at the first sign of irregularity. Can take up to 3 doses daily if needed or as recommended by a doctor. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours.Children 6 to under 12 years: One wafer (1/2 of Adult dosage) with 8oz of their favorite beverage, up to 3 doses daily.
Children under 6: Consult a doctor. New users: start with 1 dose daily. If minor bloating occurs when you increase doses, try slightly reducing the amount you are taking. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
