Description
The BD Ultra-Fine II Lancets fit most lancet devices. Clinically proven to be more comfortable than all other lancets tested while providing adequate blood volume. 91% of patients preferred the BD Ultra-Fine II Lancet over their current lancet in home testing. Cylindrical shape allows for easier handling.The BD Ultra-Fine II Lancet can be used with the new BD adjustable tip lancing device as well as other lancing devices
Directions:
1. Wash and dry hands. 2. Select fingertip site slightly off-center to minimize discomfort. 3. Remove lancet cap. 4. Squeeze fingertip with thumb of same hand to increase blood flow. 5. With firm motion, puncture skin quickly. 6. Apply blood to test strip, wipe fingertip with dry cotton ball or soft tissue, holding over puncture site until bleeding stops. 7. Place used lancet in empty, resealable household container. When container is full, seal securely and discard properly. Follow local disposal ordinance where applicable.
