Description
Lactaid contains a natural enzyme that helps your body break down lactose, the complex sugar found in dairy foods. If not properly digested, lactose can cause gas, bloating, cramps or diarrhea.

Directions:
Swallow or chew 2 Lactaid Extra Strength Caplets with the first bite of dairy food. For best results, you may have to adjust the number of caplets up or down.
