Description
For young children, for the elderly and those with difficulty in chewing or swallowing other dosage forms
Dosage :Adult-As needed, to a maximum of 400 mg per day.Junior (8-16 years)As needed, to a maximum of 150 mg per day.Children (2-8 years).6-8 years: Two teaspoons every 6 to 8 hours to a maximum of 150 mg per day.2-6 years: One teaspoon every 6 to 8 hours to a maximum of 75 mg per day

Caution
Do not exceed recommended dosage. May cause drowsiness, avoid driving a motor vehicle or performing tasks requiring mental alertness. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Do not take if you have: glaucoma, chronic lung disease, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland, or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding unless directed by a physician. Do not take with other antihistamines, tranquillizers or any other sedating drugs without consulting a physician. May cause excitability, especially in children. Prolonged use should be only on physician's advice.
